I’m a personal trainer and online coach specialising in working with people in bigger bodies. Whether someone identifies as obese, overweight, or simply feels like their body is bigger than it should be, I’m here to help them transform their lives through fitness. I focus on areas including fat loss and weight loss, improving health and general fitness, mobility, and building strength.

I created the Bigger Body Method to take the core principles of health and fitness and adapt them to be relevant, specific, and effective for people in bigger bodies.

The Bigger Body Method is built on four key pillars: individualised nutrition guidance, movement, lifestyle improvement, and mindset development. Together, these pillars create a comprehensive approach that helps people transform their lives from every angle. It’s more than just a plan—you’ll get the strategies, structures, and education needed to put the plan into action. What makes it truly unique, though, is the coaching. I don’t just hand you a plan; I work with you to develop the skills you need to stick to it and see lasting success.
